Can I use all functions and apps in the test instance?
Of course, the test instance is identical to our premium products and hosting, only time-limited.
How do I access my instance?
PixoVista will provide you with a free subdomain in the format "desiredname.pixovista.site" or you can use your own external domain.
Does each user have their own private storage?
Yes, each user has their own private area for photo and video hosting. Only with Partner/Family Sharing you can share your gallery with others.
Can I create shared links?
Yes, you can create a shared link for individual images, as well as entire galleries. Options such as password, description, and much more are included.
Is there a notice period?
No, you can cancel on the last day of your subscription without incurring any additional term. Cancellation is immediate and at no additional cost.
Where are the servers for the Immich instances located?
With PixoVista, you can choose between three locations. We offer Austria, Germany, and Finland as storage locations.
Is my data stored in compliance with the GDPR?
Your customer data is stored securely and confidentially in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We ensure that all personal information is used exclusively for its intended purpose and protected from unauthorized access. Data protection is our highest priority.
What storage and server type do we use?
We use Intel and AMD servers with SSD storage to store your data.
Are there backups?
Of course, all instances are backed up daily and can be restored by PixoVista in an emergency.
Additional backups?
We offer a 20-day snapshot backup service with all packages. This allows us to create an image/backup of your entire instance and data for up to 20 days. You can then request a rollback of the instance to any date upon request from support.
Does PixoVista use green energy?
All servers are "green" and are powered exclusively by hydropower. Our verified server hosting partner is Hetzner.
